The terms under which we work together. Written in plain language and updated on 30 May 2026.
These terms govern the services provided by Green Aspects Limited ("Green Aspects", "we", "us") to private clients in London. By instructing us — verbally, in writing or by accepting a written proposal — you agree to these terms.
We provide garden maintenance, landscape design and build, planting, irrigation, lighting and related estate support services. The precise scope, frequency and pricing are set out in your written proposal or care plan.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue and reflect the scope visible at the time of survey. Substantive changes to scope, materials or access may require a revised quotation. Recurring care plans are billed monthly in advance.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. For project work, a deposit of 25–50% may be required to secure scheduling. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the site at the scheduled times. Where access is denied or the site is unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule and to charge for the wasted visit.
Recurring visits may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice. Project bookings cancelled with less than 14 days' notice may be charged at 50% of the affected day rate to cover committed labour.
We carry full public liability insurance (£5m) and employers' liability insurance. Our liability for any single claim is capped at the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
Living material (plants, turf, trees) is guaranteed for 12 months from installation provided our aftercare guidance is followed and the site receives adequate water. The guarantee excludes damage from extreme weather, pests, vandalism or works by others.
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. We will never identify your address, surname or interior. You can opt out of any use of imagery by writing to us at the address below.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
